First Friday Forgiveness! Start the month in forgiveness and releasing what does not serve you and refreshed. Byron Katie's™ Work is an easy, practical method for releasing resentment, fear, and judgment. She has made all the material available for free.

We'll do the steps together with one or two volunteers sharing their answers and we'll share our experiences, becoming confident in how the Work works and ready to use it whenever an upset occurs.
Please register if you plan to attend and to receive the Zoom details. Duration: 1.5 hours.
Elizabeth is currently in BK training & BK classes, is a regular practitioner, and she is passionate about the positive effect of doing The Work. Elizabeth is also a licensed minister with Pathways of Light.
