The Holy Keys

The Holy Keys, led by Jerome Imhoff, is a 10-week course for adult beginners that teaches foundational piano skills while integrating the heart-centered principles of A Course in Miracles. Each week includes simple instruction, guided practice, and reflective prompts that help students release perfectionism, soften self-judgment, and cultivate “holy listening.” Whether you’ve always dreamed of playing piano or you’re simply seeking a new path into presence and peace, this class offers a gentle and inspiring way to learn — one note at a time.
The course requires you to purchase the book: “Alfred’s Basic Adult All-in-One Piano Course – Level One (Lesson, Theory, Technic)” separately, available on Amazon for approximately $24.00. By the end of 10 weeks, most students will be playing simple arrangements of Scott Joplin’s “The Entertainer” and songs like “Over the Rainbow” and “Amazing Grace”.
The 90 minute class will be taught via Zoom, along with one video to be sent by the student each week. Each participant would record themselves playing the assigned song with a view of their hands on the keyboard, so corrections can be made.

About Jerome Imhoff:
Jerome Imhoff is a Spiritual Teacher, Illumination Guide, and Career Coach with over 15 years of experience helping others uncover their Divine Purpose and live authentically. A certified coach, healer, and podcast host, Jerome celebrates diversity and believes each person is a unique, perfect expression of the Divine.
As a piano teacher, he comes at the instrument from 2 points. Self-taught until college, he learned to read music in first grade as he was taking accordion lessons. By 5th grade,he took what he learned on the accordion and applied it to playing piano. In college, he studied with Dr. Janeen Larsen and was classically trained. Dr. Larsen is a classical & jazz pianist and improvisation, as well as, reading lead sheets are part of the curriculum, which Jerome learned and now teaches.
He lives in Palm Springs with his husband and their two dogs.
